Prime Clean Services provides residential cleaning services in Central Florida, including recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, vacation rental turnovers, and post-construction cleanup. Service availability, scope, and pricing are confirmed in your individual quote.

Quote requests are not a guarantee of service. A booking is confirmed only after we review your request and agree on scope, schedule, and price. Prices may change if the actual condition or size of the home differs materially from what was described.

When you submit a quote request and provide consent, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Prime Clean Services about your request. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency may vary, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a specific area, let us know within 24 hours of service and we will return to make it right, subject to reasonable scheduling.

• Provide safe access to the home at the scheduled time.
• Secure valuables and inform us of any fragile or special-care items.
• Disclose pets, hazards, or conditions that affect the cleaning.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Clean Services is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
